Steven Hamoen graduated from the TU Delft as a mechanical engineer in 1994 and after fulfilling his militairy service, he started working in 1995. First in R&D and very soon as project engineer and manager for Breda Packaging, a company that designs & builds packaging machines. After a short period as an assistant manager for Matam he started working in the simulation business in 1998 for F&H Simulations. After the take over of F&H in 2000, he started, together with Dirk-Jan Moens, Talumis in 2003. His job description is very wide. Besides building models and libraries and selling Flexsim, he also keeps Talumis  up to date with the latest technologies.
